Reservation process

By sending the reservation request via BOOKINGS you send the request for room reservation directly to the hotel. The reservation must be confirmed back by the hotel to be valid and final.

How the reservation with BOOKINGS works

1. You select the hotel of your choice, and click the "Request a reservation" link .
   
2. You select the arrival date, departure date, enter your Full Name, address, contacts, and Email, you can attach any comments that will be read by the hotel. Then you click the "Submit Request" button.
   
3. The review screen appears, where you review your data and confirm these are correct. Then you click the "Confirm" button.
   
4. Your reservation will be processed by the BOOKINGS system and sent directly to the hotel reception.
   
5. The details about your request are e-mailed to your contact email for future reference. Also a telephone number and the fax to the hotel is provided in case you need.
   
6. In a reasonable time period (from 1 hour up to 2 days) you should received the final confirmation from the hotel. From this moment you stay in touch directly with the hotel, in a case of difficulties please contact our support.
